Kiranmayee is a successful Entrepreneur and co-founder of ________started in year 2020 with a line “Amplify your business through Social Media”. She is a Master’s Degree holder from AVPG under Osmania University.
Her mission is to make every small business to have a Social Media Presence.
She believes that by having Social Media Presence the businesses or Organizations can expand much better in terms of creating brand value and meet their potential customers at a better rate and that has become the first step to success of her business. She started her journey with 2 clients and one laptop and now she reached a milestone of taking 10000 businesses Online which has seen a tremendous growth.
She started taking every one’s business on to Social Media Platform at affordable price stating that it came in to her mind as many businesses or Organizations cannot have a Team inside them.
During the starting stages she started with a team of 2 people where in now she owns her own company on name of_________ with a large team. Her company works in a way that one can use its services without compromising with the comfort of Home.
She has made the process so simple for everyone by creating an application which is easy to install.
She had her Head Office at HYDERABAD. Being a Master’s Degree holder in Human Resources, made a thought of implementing green HR practices. And she slowly started implementing all green HRM dimensions in her company like Green Training, Green Performance Management, Green Pay and Reward and which showed some savings and made an idea of turning the amount as fund for CSR activities stating this is possible only through employee engagement and participation which is possible through strong HR.
CSR activities of her company are promotion of Education and ensuring Environmental Sustainability.
Coming to her personal life she is a mother of 2 kids and had a loving life partner who supports her in each and every step. She had a very good work life balance. And that is the reason she also sees that her team also had that work life balance.
And now she started expansion of her company by adding on more services. And finally she aims to take 2000000 business to each and every corner through Digital Marketing by creating Social Media presence in this Digital Era.
